What You’ll Do:
Own recruiting or sourcing efforts for assigned roles (exempt and non-exempt)
Build strong relationships with business leaders and HR partners
Develop and execute talent attraction strategies, including job postings, sourcing plans, and candidate engagement
Champion inclusive hiring and equitable practices
Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience from first contact to offer
Manage candidates through our Applicant Tracking System (Workday)
Stay current on recruiting trends, tools, and market insights
Contribute to process improvements and cross-functional projects
Required:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience
Proven success hiring across various roles and geographies
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
Ability to assess talent and influence hiring decisions
Preferred:
Experience with Workday ATS
Background in diversity recruiting initiatives
Work Environment
Hybrid 2 days per week in Mendota Heights, MN or Loveland, CO
Occasional travel (up to 10%) for events or team collaboration
