JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Senior Data Insights Strategist, where you'll transform complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. This remote role is perfect for those passionate about data and eager to make a difference.

Responsibilities

  • Lead discussions with department leaders to identify and advocate for new data capabilities and solutions.
  • Develop and implement data strategies tailored to departmental goals.
  • Manage and prioritize new data requests, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Monitor department metrics to identify trends and propose intervention strategies.
  • Act as a liaison between business units and the Enterprise Analytics & Insights team.
  • Support the development of data visualization tools and ensure quality and technical accuracy.
  • Foster a data-driven culture by coaching teams on data competency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and data partners.

Skills

  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with large data sets and complex systems.
  • Strong skills in data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Experience in strategic planning and performance measurement.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce.
  • Previous experience leading projects or teams.
  • Background in healthcare or with the organization is a plus.
