JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Warehouse Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in managing hardware fulfillment and inventory for a leading tech environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with technology while providing exceptional service in a collaborative atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Fulfill hardware requests by stocking, picking, tracking, configuring, and shipping tech devices.
  • Maintain detailed inventory management and warranty processing for hardware.
  • Communicate effectively with store contacts to assess and address hardware issues impacting end users.
  • Provide systematic reporting and documentation of hardware incidents.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to varying daily service needs.

Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and systematic reporting capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory systems and data management.
  • Problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
  • Positive attitude and comfort working in ambiguous situations with minimal oversight.

Preferred Skills

  • Technical degree or relevant certification.
  • Experience in a corporate environment.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and shipping processes.
