JOB DESCRIPTION

Join an innovative team as an Analyst, where you'll support the Customer Experience & Omnichannel Enablement team in enhancing client interactions through effective technology use. This role offers a dynamic environment to grow your skills in the pharmaceutical and life sciences marketing sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Understand client needs and business environments to support digital maturity and operational strategies.
  • Engage in client discovery to optimize data and omnichannel capabilities.
  • Develop and document business and functional requirements for new and existing platforms.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to maximize platform efficiency and flexibility.
  • Contribute to the creation of digital capability roadmaps for long-term client planning.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, promoting innovative technology use across projects.
  • Stay updated on technology and customer experience trends to enhance client services.
  • Assist in developing change management strategies and training programs for new tools.

Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in omnichannel or marketing technology environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proven problem-solving skills to tackle complex client challenges.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences marketing operations.
  • Familiarity with creating data-driven marketing practices and analytics.
  • Ability to build professional documents and presentations.
