JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a talented Project/Program Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead operations and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee capacity planning, budget management, and scheduling to ensure project success.
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to monitor project progress.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and optimize processes.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
  • Manage additional design or internal projects as needed.

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within technology or digital services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent project management capabilities with a proven track record.
  • Effective communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with project management tools such as Air Table, Smart Sheets, or Asana.
  • Background in process improvement and optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.

This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
