Responsibilities
- Document and translate business requirements into features and user stories.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with designers, analysts, developers, and testers to execute product roadmaps.
- Serve as the 'voice of the customer,' advocating for their needs throughout the development process.
- Provide regular updates and presentations to leadership regarding project status and next steps.
- Facilitate agile development practices and promote a collaborative team environment.
Skills
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.
- Proficiency in managing product features and backlog effectively.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and tools, such as AHA/Rally.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in healthcare or medical claims, particularly with the COSMOS platform.
- Familiarity with software implementation processes from ideation to delivery.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Experience in evaluating capabilities and translating business requirements effectively.
- Proven ability to present documented requirements to clients and stakeholders.
