Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive product universes for key categories, ensuring consistent data coverage and detailed reporting.
• Apply and manage standardized product attributes, ensuring accuracy across all product items.
• Create and update documentation and attribute dictionaries to support accurate and repeatable processes.
• Validate product coding against existing taxonomies and ensure consistency across datasets.
• Work collaboratively to create rules and automations for efficient classification tasks.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to empower internal teams for sustainable workflow management.
• Efficiently handle large datasets using Excel, SQL, or other relevant tools.
• Support monthly product maintenance by coding new items and aligning them with existing categories.

Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data coding, product attribution, taxonomy, or related fields.
• Proficient in Excel, including the use of formulas, filters, and pivot tables.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for effective knowledge transfer and documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with SQL or similar data management tools.
• Experience with Nielsen, Stackline, or POS analytics is advantageous.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and applying structured rules consistently.
