Responsibilities

• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint.

• Translate product roadmap features into well-defined requirements and user stories.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to support product success.

Skills

• Proven experience in project management and managing data warehouse initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide teams effectively.
• Ability to gather requirements from business users and translate them into actionable tasks.
• Outstanding organizational skills with a focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cognos and Informatica is a plus.
• Certification in Scrum Master or related Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with software development processes and best practices.
• Background in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
