Responsibilities
- Manage project scope and timelines to ensure successful delivery of products.
- Coordinate sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to foster team collaboration.
- Coach team members in Agile methodologies and facilitate effective communication.
- Work with product owners to manage backlogs and prioritize new requests.
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles to enhance team productivity.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development from concept to launch.
- Translate product roadmap features into well-defined requirements and user stories.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to support product success.
Skills
- Proven experience in project management and managing data warehouse initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide teams effectively.
- Ability to gather requirements from business users and translate them into actionable tasks.
- Outstanding organizational skills with a focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Cognos and Informatica is a plus.
- Certification in Scrum Master or related Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with software development processes and best practices.
- Background in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
