JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team dedicated to understanding customer behavior and driving business success through data-driven insights. We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Engineer II to play a crucial role in shaping our strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and evaluate program features and marketing content to gauge customer engagement and retention.
  • Conduct statistical testing, including A/B and multivariate experiments, to inform decision-making.
  • Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive metrics and reports on program performance.
  • Address ad hoc requests to investigate critical aspects of customer behavior and trends.
  • Utilize data mining and model building techniques to identify significant trends within the customer base.
  • Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions to drive business growth.

Skills

  • Proven experience with large-scale, complex datasets and a strong analytical mindset.
  • Proficiency in SQL and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable analytical plans.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and business teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SAS and a background in statistics, programming, or marketing.
  • Advanced degree in math, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
