Responsibilities
- Develop original print concepts from seasonal directions and mood boards for various categories like Swim, Sleep, Active, and Ready-to-Wear.
- Create and refine repeat and placement artwork, ensuring precision in repeat building, color indexing, and scale exploration.
- Prepare detailed production-ready files for vendors, including layered PSDs and vector files.
- Work closely with in-house designers to apply feedback and maintain consistency in design execution.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and project milestones.
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in textile or print design, especially in mass retail settings.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of textile repeat building and production standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with NedGraphics software.
- Familiarity with PLM software.
- Strong time management skills and ability to handle quick turnaround requests.
