Responsibilities
- Develop and implement scalable data pipelines and machine learning models using Databricks and PySpark.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and create data-driven solutions.
- Enhance data quality and consistency through effective data cleansing and feature engineering techniques.
- Maintain technical documentation for data processes and machine learning models.
- Communicate insights through data visualizations to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in data science and machine learning.
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in data science or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Databricks, PySpark, and SQL.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as Python, R, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, particularly Azure.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
- Certification in data science or a related field.
