Responsibilities
- Lead and conduct privacy impact assessments and machine learning privacy reviews.
- Collaborate with technical teams to gather information on data flows and processing activities.
- Develop and refine privacy documentation, including data flow diagrams and operational controls.
- Manage and track multiple documents through various stages of review, ensuring timely completion.
- Identify compliance and operational risks throughout the assessment process.
- Coordinate with the privacy incident response team to address privacy-related issues as needed.
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in privacy operations, compliance, or data governance.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
- Strong understanding of global data protection laws and frameworks.
- Proven experience conducting privacy assessments and supporting privacy-by-design initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with privacy management tools and collaboration platforms.
- Professional certifications related to privacy and data protection.
- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional team environments.
