Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire sampling process, ensuring timely ordering and tracking of garment samples.
• Maintain effective communication with vendors and suppliers to meet brand timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Design, Product Development, and Merchandising to support business objectives.
• Manage sample yardage costs and readiness reporting, updating seasonal trackers as needed.
• Assist in preparing leadership dashboards with key metrics for milestone meetings.
• Identify and implement improvements to business processes for enhanced efficiency.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in product development or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in product development or a similar area.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of fabric and garment construction.
• Familiarity with PLM systems, particularly Centric.
• Experience in a retail or fashion environment.
• Ability to work independently while being a team player.
