We are seeking a detail-oriented Merchandise Planner to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to support digital and store growth while driving sales and inventory analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales plans and inventory levels for the EU digital channel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends and optimize business performance.
• Monitor and adjust inventory in-season to minimize markdowns and ensure efficient stock levels.
• Provide insights and recommendations during Monthly Planning Committee meetings.
• Facilitate accurate information flow between international merchant tools and digital active dates.
• Support product launch and markdown strategies in partnership with Merchants.

Skills

• Strong technical proficiency in Excel and ability to navigate complex data sets.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional partners.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in retail, merchandise planning, or eCommerce.
• Familiarity with digital inventory management tools.
• Background in data analysis or business performance optimization.
• Knowledge of markdown strategies and inventory management processes.
