JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Sr. Systems Engineer, where you'll provide essential IT support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role offers the chance to work collaboratively in a 24/7 setting, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver first and second level IT support for operations and customer center systems.
  • Handle installation, movement, addition, and change requests related to IT infrastructure.
  • Adapt to varying shifts, including nights and weekends, in a 24/7 support environment.
  • Efficiently prioritize and resolve technical issues while maintaining clear communication with team members and leadership.
  • Utilize critical thinking to troubleshoot and address operational challenges effectively.

Skills

  • Proven experience with diverse operating systems and systems integration.
  • Strong understanding of programming languages and systems architecture.
  • Knowledge of VMWare and VDI infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Change, Asset, and Request.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the airline or transportation industry setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Interest in understanding airline operations to enhance service delivery.
