Join us at the cutting edge of entertainment marketing as a Creative Director, where you'll lead the fusion of AI and human creativity to redefine storytelling and inspire innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Shape the future of creative technology by merging human creativity with AI advancements.
  • Lead the discovery and application of new creative technologies to enhance storytelling.
  • Develop and implement proof-of-concepts to demonstrate creative possibilities.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking in creative processes.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to identify and leverage technology for new creative expressions.
  • Guide the development of innovative creative tools and workflows.
  • Mentor teams in integrating new technologies while preserving artistic integrity.
  • Ensure ethical AI use in creative processes, maximizing potential while maintaining freedom.

Skills

  • Proven experience in driving creative strategy and execution within an agency or in-house team.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong track record in leading innovative creative technology initiatives.
  • Deep hands-on experience with creative tools and AI applications.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in leading creative development from concept to delivery.
  • Proficiency in managing creative teams, including designers, copywriters, and external partners.
  • Ability to effectively present creative concepts to senior executives.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Adobe, Figma, Cinema 4D, and Gen AI tools.
