Job Description:

  • We are part of the Retail Media Network department, which focuses on building and managing advertising solutions for our retail business
Project Description: 
  • Our team is responsible for creating and managing advertising campaigns within the retail media platform.
  • This involves setting up campaigns, line items, and ad groups; integrating with external ad tech partners like Criteo; monitoring performance; and ensuring campaigns run smoothly.
Position Summary:
  • We are seeking a talented Front-End Developer to join our Retail Media Network team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining user-facing applications that support the creation, management, and optimization of retail media campaigns.
  • You will work closely with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to deliver seamless, intuitive, and high-performing user experiences for advertisers and internal teams

Skills Overview:
What are the top five skills and number of years of experience required to perform this job?
  • 7-10 years of JavaScript experience with multiple modern frameworks 
  • React, Redux, Node& JavaScript experience 
  • Experience on a team and interaction with people outside of developers 
  • Willingness to take initiative to learn about the project and company.
What are some preferred/nice to have skills the manager is looking for?
  • 5+ years of professional front-end development experience.
  • Expert-level proficiency in React and modern JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and accessibility standards.
  • Experience with Redux for state management.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
