Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain identity management systems and server virtualization platforms.
• Contribute to IT projects and independently manage your own projects with minimal supervision.
• Administer Azure Portal and M365, including Exchange, Intune, and OneDrive.
• Automate and script tasks using PowerShell and tools like Ansible.
• Handle escalations and troubleshoot issues at a Tier 3 level, participating in on-call rotations.
• Create support documentation and assist in training department members.

Skills

• 15+ years of IT experience with a strong foundation in Windows Active Directory.
• Proficient in scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell and Ansible.
• Experience with vSphere or Azure hypervisors in large, multi-site environments.
• Ability to analyze system logs for troubleshooting and trend analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with messaging administration and archiving solutions.
• Familiarity with patch management and systems monitoring tools.
• Previous exposure to merger or acquisition activities.
• Technical certifications are a plus.
