JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Salesforce Technical Lead, where you'll spearhead the creation and implementation of cutting-edge Salesforce solutions, guiding a dynamic team to achieve excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of innovative Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to Salesforce developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and architect solutions that leverage Salesforce capabilities.
  • Ensure integration and synchronization of data between Salesforce and external systems.
  • Conduct code reviews and quality assurance checks to maintain high coding standards.
  • Stay informed on Salesforce technologies and industry trends, recommending new features and functionalities.

Skills

  • Proven experience in Salesforce development with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and Omni-Channel.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Apex coding, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce certifications such as Certified Platform Developer or Technical Architect.
  • Experience in Agile development environments, particularly utilizing Azure DevOps.
  • Passion for continuous learning and innovation within the Salesforce ecosystem.
