Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative campaigns that engage target audiences.
- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
- Document project plans and maintain thorough project documentation for transparency and accountability.
- Identify and manage project risks, proactively escalating issues to leadership when necessary.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee project budgets, tracking expenditures and reporting on metrics to ensure financial alignment.
Skills
- Proven experience in marketing, advertising, or project management within an agency setting.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in insights-driven marketing and creative problem-solving.
- Familiarity with budget management and financial reporting in a project context.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse organization.
