JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as an Associate Payroll. This role offers the opportunity to manage payroll processes while ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll, ensuring accurate payment of salaries and related components.
  • Handle legal charges and statutory withholdings, including social security and income tax.
  • Conduct calculations for payments related to employee dismissals.
  • Maintain compliance with all payroll regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.

Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling payroll data.
  • Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in payroll processing or a related field.
  • Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
  • Problem-solving abilities to address payroll-related issues efficiently.
