JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about managing projects to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the development and implementation of projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Estimate project resource requirements and prepare comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets using project management tools.
  • Direct project execution by assigning tasks, tracking progress, and identifying potential risks while developing contingency plans.
  • Ensure project quality by adhering to standard methodologies and collaborating with quality assurance teams to implement quality plans.
  • Communicate project status through regular updates and reports, participating in meetings to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Resolve project issues by collaborating with team members and stakeholders to find effective solutions.
  • Share project management knowledge and mentor junior project leaders in best practices and techniques.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 2-5 years of project management experience with a strong understanding of project management principles.
  • Proficient in project management tools, such as Microsoft Project, and skilled in estimating project efforts.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey project information to various stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a quality system environment and understanding of compliance regulations.
  • Familiarity with planning tools and advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project requirements.
