JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Product Owner to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of digital products in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Agile delivery teams to plan and execute product strategies.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable epics, features, and user stories while prioritizing the product backlog.
  • Drive product initiatives by leveraging customer feedback, market analysis, and success metrics.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to maximize project impact and return on investment.
  • Ensure product compliance with regulatory standards and bank policies.
  • Analyze customer feedback to enhance product offerings and improve the overall customer experience.

Skills

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, particularly in digital product environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, specifically SAFe.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the fintech or financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or nCino platforms.
  • Knowledge of tools such as Azure DevOps, MS Office, and ServiceNow.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
