Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial designs that align with the brand's strategic direction.
• Create product designs with a focus on style, functionality, and material execution.
• Present design concepts confidently to internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners throughout the design process to ensure alignment.
• Conduct ongoing trend analysis and competitor research to inform design decisions.
• Mentor and inspire junior design talent while fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet budget and quality standards.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of design experience in a retail or comparable environment.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong attention to detail and a commercial fashion eye.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with accessories design, particularly in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Centric software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Ability to adapt designs based on feedback effectively.
