|Job ID 71774|Posted Sep 23, 2025Join our team as an NDT Technician, where you'll play a critical role in ensuring quality and safety standards in challenging environments. This position offers the opportunity to work with advanced technology and contribute to a dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to conduct inspections and tests for internal and external clients, ensuring compliance with specifications.
- Interpret drawings and specifications to determine testing procedures and equipment requirements.
- Set up, calibrate, and operate NDT equipment, comparing results against acceptance criteria.
- Provide technical guidance to junior technicians and assist in their development.
- Engage in problem-solving and assist in the development and modification of procedures.
- Support health and safety initiatives and participate in related improvement projects.
Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of NDT experience or equivalent education and experience.
- Certification in Texas State Industrial Radiographer or ASNT IRRSP.
- Competency in digital and computerized radiographic techniques.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills
- Certifications in ASNT-SNT- TC1A methods such as UT & MT.
- Certified Weld Inspector Status (CWI) and extensive training in DR.
- ACCP Level II or ASNT Level III in methods like UT, MT, PT, RT, VT.
