JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Junior IT Analyst and play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing IT infrastructure. This position offers a dynamic environment for tech enthusiasts eager to make an impact.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support for desktops, laptops, and servers to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including those involving VoIP phones and other network devices.
  • Manage IT service management tickets, ensuring timely resolution in line with service level agreements.
  • Collaborate with non-IT staff to address technical needs directly on the production floor.
  • Maintain and update IT infrastructure, including software installations and system patches.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated with corporate IT policies.

Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent with significant IT experience.
  • Strong expertise in supporting PCs, servers, and network infrastructure.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Server OS and Office 365.
  • Familiarity with Ethernet, wireless, LAN/WAN technologies, and firewalls.
  • Knowledge of IT service management tools and ticketing systems.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environments and changing priorities.
