JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Programming Manager and help shape the future of our content strategy. This exciting role offers the opportunity to blend data-driven insights with creative vision to enhance our content offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the strategic assessment of original movies, series, and live events.
  • Participate in evaluations for programming decisions to ensure alignment with overall strategy.
  • Collaborate with various teams to prioritize content and streamline processes.
  • Assist in forecasting and performance analysis to refine prediction models.
  • Implement content categorization frameworks and support resource allocation improvements.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Proven experience in making data-driven decisions within the entertainment sector.
  • Strong analytical skills coupled with strategic thinking abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Background in streaming or OTT platforms.
  • Experience in programming strategy for television or digital content.
  • Familiarity with consumer insights and data analysis methodologies.
