JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Software Engineering Manager where you'll lead and innovate within the payments and loyalty platforms integration team. This role offers a blend of technical leadership and hands-on development, driving system integrations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead integration projects, coordinating with multiple developers to ensure seamless execution.
  • Architect and implement C# applications and reusable plugin-style APIs.
  • Enhance documentation and create integration playbooks to optimize development cycles.
  • Facilitate collaboration with product, QA, and internal/external teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Manage Agile ceremonies and oversee team backlog and priorities.
  • Promote best practices for scalable application design and API development.
  • Develop reporting and automation solutions to monitor platform health and team performance.

Skills

  • Extensive experience in software development, with a strong background in C# and .NET.
  • Proven leadership in technical or project management roles.
  • Expertise in designing and building third-party API integrations.
  • Experience in leading Agile/Scrum teams and managing sprint cycles.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with POS, payment systems, or loyalty platforms.
  • Solid understanding of system architecture and RESTful API design.
