JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as an Infrastructure Analyst where you'll work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with diverse teams to enhance our infrastructure support. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Configure, deploy, and maintain site infrastructure including workstations, laptops, and printers.
  • Provide software support for various operating systems and applications.
  • Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory within a complex environment.
  • Collaborate with support teams to ensure effective client and business support.
  • Maintain dashboards for IT work tickets and site vulnerabilities.

Skills

  • High School Diploma/GED or higher, verified prior to start.
  • Five years of experience in IT, preferably within manufacturing or government settings.
  • Proficiency in configuring and maintaining Microsoft PCs.
  • US Citizenship is required for this position.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Linux systems and Cisco VOIP support.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Ten or more years of IT experience is desirable.
  • Expertise equivalent to a bachelor's degree in Information Technology is a plus.
