JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our innovative team as a Sr. Developer specializing in AI and Machine Learning, where you'll have the opportunity to create transformative solutions that enhance both customer and employee experiences through state-of-the-art technology.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop AI components and applications that seamlessly integrate with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement AI-driven business solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for AI initiatives across diverse environments.
  • Engage in Agile development practices, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Document and communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, implementing enhancements as needed.

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on AI and Machine Learning.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS and AWS Sagemaker.
  • Familiarity with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, or similar.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Natural Language Processing and sentiment analysis.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
  • Understanding of data infrastructure and VectorDBs.
  • Ability to present complex information effectively to diverse audiences.
