JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Cloud Network Lead Engineer and play a crucial role in designing and supporting innovative network infrastructure solutions. This remote opportunity offers the chance to lead and influence network security solutions, ensuring seamless collaboration across diverse organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, delivery, and automation of network infrastructure services and solutions.
  • Develop and implement networking security solutions for cloud network services.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful planning and delivery of technology solutions.
  • Provide engineering support for routing, switching, and load balancer platforms.
  • Create technical documentation and project artifacts to enhance system performance and availability.

Skills

  • Proven experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama.
  • Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN designs and large network deployments.
  • Expertise in IPSec/VPN technology for enterprise environments.
  • Proficiency in network traffic analysis using tools like TCPDump and Wireshark.
  • Solid understanding of OSI and TCP/IP network models.
  • Programming skills in Python, Ansible, and Terraform for automation services.

Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on experience with F5 load balancers.
  • Experience with Cisco routers and switches.
  • Knowledge of firewall technologies in cloud environments such as GCP, Azure, and AWS.
  • Experience in custom SSL, ciphers, and security traffic performance optimization.
