JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a meticulous Print Buyer to oversee the production of in-store marketing materials, ensuring precision and efficiency across various business categories. This role offers the chance to work collaboratively with teams both locally and internationally to drive operational improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead production efforts for in-store marketing materials, ensuring high standards of execution.
  • Collaborate with teams across different regions to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Prepare and manage project estimates, keeping all stakeholders informed throughout the process.
  • Act as the main point of contact between internal and external partners, translating creative ideas into actionable production plans.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve processes and production techniques.

Skills

  • Proven experience in managing print production processes.
  • Strong proficiency in Smartsheet and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while adhering to budgetary constraints.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in reviewing vendor production specifications and mechanical files.
  • Familiarity with store layouts and marketing executions.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying improvements.
