JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Cloud Network Senior Engineer, where you will lead the design and support of cutting-edge network infrastructure services. This remote role offers an exciting opportunity to influence and innovate within a large enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of network security solutions for both on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure seamless delivery of network services and solutions.
  • Provide expert engineering services for routing, switching, and load balancing platforms.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and project artifacts.
  • Mentor junior engineers and advocate for technological advancements and improvements.

Skills

  • Extensive experience with Palo Alto Network Security platforms, including setup and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN design and large network deployment support processes.
  • Proficiency in analyzing network traffic using tools like TCPDump and Wireshark.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco network technologies and F5 load balancers.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex networking and systems administration issues.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with firewall technologies in cloud environments such as GCP, Azure, or AWS.
  • Programming skills in Python, Ansible, and Terraform for automation services.
  • Knowledge of custom SSL, ciphers, and optimizing security traffic performance.
