JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement AI-powered solutions to enhance platform capabilities.
  • Integrate diverse data sources into AI frameworks to optimize user workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards for data security and reliability.
  • Monitor and refine AI features to improve performance and user adoption.
  • Evaluate AI tools and platforms to support strategic decisions.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to developing best practices in AI engineering.

Skills

  • Strong experience in AI engineering, ML, or data science with a focus on AI/LLM.
  • Proficient in frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex.
  • Skilled in prompt engineering and vector databases.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and AI deployment infrastructure.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across teams.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive with a self-starter attitude.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in retrieval-augmented generation and full-stack integration.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Node.js.
  • Familiarity with MLOps and NLP model evaluation.
  • Strong data manipulation skills using tools like pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
  • Background in B2B software products or healthcare technology.
