Responsibilities
- Research and analyze customer needs and competitive landscape to define product features.
- Collaborate with customers and internal subject matter experts to understand their challenges and needs.
- Develop AI solutions for new and existing features in healthcare products.
- Integrate customer feedback throughout the product lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and exceptional user experience.
- Use data-driven insights to refine product features and monitor key performance indicators.
- Work with leadership and stakeholders on product roadmap planning and prioritization.
- Collaborate with UX, engineering, and customer-facing teams to create detailed product requirements and user stories.
- Test and optimize product features to ensure they meet intended performance metrics.
- Manage the product backlog, adjusting scope to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of product updates.
Skills
- 1-4 years of experience in product management with a focus on customer-facing SaaS or digital products.
- Experience in integrating AI solutions into software, including LLMs/GenAI.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate product KPIs and conduct market research.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with strong decision-making and prioritization skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
- Technical understanding of machine learning and AI technologies.
- Experience with B2B software products and data-driven analytics.
- Proven track record of taking products from ideation to launch or optimizing existing products.
- Background in healthcare, particularly with provider-payer contracting.
- Experience in growth-stage companies and data analysis or predictive modeling.
