Responsibilities

• Research and analyze customer needs and competitive landscape to define product features.
• Collaborate with customers and internal subject matter experts to understand their challenges and needs.
• Develop AI solutions for new and existing features in healthcare products.
• Integrate customer feedback throughout the product lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and exceptional user experience.
• Use data-driven insights to refine product features and monitor key performance indicators.
• Work with leadership and stakeholders on product roadmap planning and prioritization.
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, and customer-facing teams to create detailed product requirements and user stories.
• Test and optimize product features to ensure they meet intended performance metrics.
• Manage the product backlog, adjusting scope to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of product updates.

Skills

• 1-4 years of experience in product management with a focus on customer-facing SaaS or digital products.
• Experience in integrating AI solutions into software, including LLMs/GenAI.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate product KPIs and conduct market research.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with strong decision-making and prioritization skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Technical understanding of machine learning and AI technologies.
• Experience with B2B software products and data-driven analytics.
• Proven track record of taking products from ideation to launch or optimizing existing products.
• Background in healthcare, particularly with provider-payer contracting.
• Experience in growth-stage companies and data analysis or predictive modeling.
