JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project/Program Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead exciting projects within a fast-paced environment, driving innovation and collaboration across various teams.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams and external partners, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Manage the onboarding process for merchants, coordinating timelines and deliverables to meet launch dates.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to keep projects on track.
  • Develop and maintain effective project management mechanisms to monitor progress and communicate status updates.
  • Foster strong relationships with partners, utilizing excellent communication and problem-solving skills to navigate obstacles.

Skills

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project or program management, demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable using data to inform decisions and drive project outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector or related fields.
  • Familiarity with SQL and other data analysis tools.
  • Ability to communicate in additional languages, enhancing collaboration with diverse teams.
  • A background in technology or experience working with technical teams is a plus.
