we need a superstar product manager who will help to support our partners integrate into client and optimize their business inputs KPIs. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable driving complex projects, looking for new solutions in ambiguous spaces and able to communicate with tech PoCs.
You need to be an expert at building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, possess great communication skills, and be an expert problem solver when facing blockers. You also need to have automation and streamlining in front of mind as we optimize the way our partners manage their catalogue, selection, pricing and availability as well as ensure a seamless integration.
Results will be highly tangible.
Key job responsibilities
Proactively identify and mitigate risks that impact project deliveries across workstreams and drive correctives.
Deep dive challenges and blockers to find solutions through outside-the box thinking.
Drive the creation of effective cross-functional project management mechanisms and tracking to ensure projects are delivered on time.
Effectively communicate project status and risks with partner teams
Be intimately familiar with the status of all projects in-flight
Basic qualifications
bachelor’s degree or equivalent
More than 2 years’ experience in program/product management
A roadmap is a high-level plan that outlines Vision and goals of a product or initiative, Key milestones and timelines, Features or deliverables, Dependencies and risks, how progress will be tracked. In this case, it refers to the integration journey of grocery partners—from onboarding to catalog setup, pricing, and availability optimization.
Strong Excel skills , no other systems are preferred for this req.
More than year External-facing experience (sales, product, program, project)
Preferred qualifications
• Experience in FMCG (Fast moving consumer goods like snacks, beverages, toiletries, cleaning supplies, etc.) on business analysis, sales, retail operations, inventory management, Brand management or category analysis. Alternatively, tech-product roadmap experience.
• Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Additional language fluency (ES/PT/FR/IT/DE)
• SQL skills
