Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes and implement effective solutions.
- Develop user stories and acceptance criteria while managing project documentation and strategies.
- Drive initiatives by tracking and documenting project requirements.
- Coordinate implementation activities across various functions and departments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure project success.
- Define and communicate project milestones and actively drive the product roadmap.
- Mentor team members to foster a collaborative environment.
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in a client-facing role within the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies with experience in managing product backlogs.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate project goals and strategies.
- Proficiency in project tracking tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with platforms like Adobe, Drupal, Magento, and Shopify.
- Background in eCommerce or digital marketing with a strategic mindset.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and mitigate risks effectively.
