JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Product Manager and lead impactful projects in the healthcare sector. Collaborate with diverse teams to deliver innovative solutions and drive successful business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective business solutions.
  • Craft user stories and acceptance criteria, and organize project documentation.
  • Independently track and document project strategies and requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Stay updated on digital trends and continuously expand your skills.

Skills

  • Over 5 years of experience in a strategic Product Manager role.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and other software development life cycles.
  • Excellent communication skills for articulating complex concepts.
  • Proficient in project management tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in project completion.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in eCommerce, marketing, or consulting environments.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Adobe, Drupal, Magento, or Shopify.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working in a digital agency is a plus.
