Responsibilities

• Develop and manage key metrics to enhance global delivery operations
• Create performance metrics to identify trends and inform action plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build innovative tools and dashboards
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to support business decisions
• Gain expertise in internal data systems and AWS products

Skills

• Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation using databases like Redshift and Oracle
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Quicksight
• Strong skills in data modeling, warehousing, and ETL pipeline development
• Ability to use SQL and Python for data processing and modeling
• Effective project management and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS solutions including EC2, DynamoDB, and S3
• Background in data mining and handling complex datasets
• Familiarity with statistical analysis packages like R, SAS, or Matlab
