JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Cloud/DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team, where you will play a crucial role in driving cloud strategy and technology integration. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while collaborating with a diverse group of professionals across various locations.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations for customers transitioning to cloud environments, ensuring smooth service delivery.
  • Triage and resolve issues related to Splunk agents and service requests.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate effectively with team members and product owners.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including JIRA stories.
  • Engage with stakeholders to optimize cloud-based solutions and enhance system performance.

Skills

  • Strong expertise in Splunk Enterprise and Universal Forwarder, including data onboarding and visualization.
  • Proficient in AWS Cloud Services, particularly EC2 and S3.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • AWS Certification (Certified Developer or Solutions Architect).
  • Experience with container management and orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Background in finance or development of financial products.
  • Experience in mentoring and leading technical teams.
