JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Program Manager where you'll lead the implementation of an enterprise planning tool, driving efficiency and collaboration across the organization. This role is ideal for those who excel in cross-functional settings and are eager to make a significant impact.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete implementation process of the enterprise planning tool, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are achieved.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure successful tool configuration and deployment.
  • Maintain robust program governance by monitoring risks, dependencies, and timelines.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for stakeholders, promoting cooperation among product, engineering, and leadership teams.
  • Create rollout materials to track adoption and gather user feedback, leading retrospectives to improve processes.

Skills

  • Over 6 years of experience in program or project management, especially in technology rollouts.
  • Proven track record of implementing enterprise tools in large, complex organizations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with tools such as Jira Align, Aha!, or Planview.
  • Understanding of product operating models and enterprise portfolio management.
  • Formal project/program management certification, such as PMP or Agile PM, is a plus.
