JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Product Manager, where you'll lead the implementation of innovative enterprise planning tools to boost organizational collaboration and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the comprehensive delivery of a platform aimed at transforming organizational planning and prioritization.
  • Define product implementation scope and oversee execution from pilot phases to full-scale enterprise integration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to convert strategic planning routines into practical platform capabilities and workflows.
  • Facilitate cross-organizational adoption by aligning current processes with tool capabilities.
  • Maintain and prioritize a backlog of platform capabilities and enhancements based on enterprise needs and user feedback.
  • Ensure the tool aligns with strategic planning cadences and integrates seamlessly into governance forums and tracking workflows.

Skills

  • Minimum of 6 years in product management with a focus on platform or tool implementation.
  • Strong grasp of enterprise planning processes and initiative tracking frameworks.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale change initiatives and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying value to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Technical proficiency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on system architecture and integrations.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with tools like Jira Align, Aha!, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with strategic planning governance and value hierarchy modeling.
  • Background in enterprise product or portfolio operating models.
