|Job ID 71716|Posted Sep 17, 2025We are seeking a talented and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and enhance our APIGEE platform while driving automation and efficiency across our software development processes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of CI/CD tools and processes across various business units.
- Drive automation initiatives at all stages of software development, release, operations, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and implement innovative ideas for improving development delivery.
- Research and evaluate open-source technologies to address automation challenges.
- Provide technical guidance and training to development teams on CI/CD practices and automation toolsets.
- Manage DevOps functions and responsibilities for the APIGEE platform.
- Support and enhance existing tools, platforms, and processes, including Kubernetes, Rancher, and Docker.
Skills
- Strong experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools and DevOps methodologies.
- Solid understanding of programming languages like Java, Spring, Python, GoLang, or PHP.
- Experience with Linux operating systems and Bash scripting.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with public cloud services (IaaS, PaaS) and virtualization platforms.
- Experience with infrastructure as code solutions such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development frameworks.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
