Responsibilities
- Manage and customize Salesforce.com to meet business needs and enhance system functionality.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for effective CRM solutions.
- Lead initiatives to develop and maintain Business Intelligence tools and dashboards for strategic decision-making.
- Document standard operating procedures and process flows for organizational reference.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify CRM best practices and industry trends.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer between business leaders and staff to ensure effective implementation of solutions.
- Assist in user acceptance testing and validate that outcomes align with business objectives.
Skills
- Extensive experience with Salesforce.com administration, configuration, and implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proficiency in statistical analysis and modeling.
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Self-sufficiency in processing and interpreting complex information.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in managing CRM projects and enhancements aligned with business strategies.
- Proficiency in creating scorecards and dashboards to track performance metrics.
- Familiarity with integration processes involving external systems.
