Responsibilities

• Facilitate the contractor selection and onboarding process using our Vendor Management System.
• Oversee job postings and coordinate logistics between internal teams and suppliers.
• Ensure all compliance requirements, such as background checks, are met during onboarding.
• Liaise between clients, recruiters, and candidates to resolve queries and streamline processes.
• Manage contract renewals and terminations, ensuring adherence to relevant policies and regulations.
• Lead project-based work, including rate card development and vendor scorecard implementation.

Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in contingent staffing or IT job market procurement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with Vendor Management Systems, preferably Fieldglass.
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
