This role involves leading and coordinating technical onboarding projects, ensuring smooth implementation of integrations that enhance the cardmember experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full implementation lifecycle of technical integrations, including data exchange setups and API implementations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, managing communications between stakeholders.
- Conduct regular updates and maintain accurate project tracking to ensure timelines are adhered to.
- Translate technical requirements clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Oversee multiple integration projects concurrently, addressing any challenges promptly.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for each integration process.
- Monitor post-launch integration performance and coordinate issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimize partner experiences.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines in a client-facing B2B environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical topics clearly.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and vendors.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with APIs, SSO technologies, and data file transfer protocols.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/project tracking tools.
- Background in credit card payments and partner management.
- Skills in conducting training sessions and supporting change management initiatives.
