We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented and client-focused IT Project Manager to join our innovative team. This role involves leading and coordinating technical onboarding projects, ensuring smooth implementation of integrations that enhance the cardmember experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full implementation lifecycle of technical integrations, including data exchange setups and API implementations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, managing communications between stakeholders.
• Conduct regular updates and maintain accurate project tracking to ensure timelines are adhered to.
• Translate technical requirements clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Oversee multiple integration projects concurrently, addressing any challenges promptly.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for each integration process.
• Monitor post-launch integration performance and coordinate issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimize partner experiences.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines in a client-facing B2B environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical topics clearly.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and vendors.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with APIs, SSO technologies, and data file transfer protocols.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/project tracking tools.
• Background in credit card payments and partner management.
• Skills in conducting training sessions and supporting change management initiatives.
