JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Technical Project Manager, where you'll play a vital role in managing large-scale projects and release management. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to work on mission-critical projects in Richmond, with flexible scheduling to accommodate work-life balance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee complex mid to large-scale projects or programs from inception to completion.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, including engineers and product managers.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and maintain project status updates.
  • Oversee release management processes and ensure smooth execution of project deliverables.
  • Support after-hours or weekend project needs as required.

Skills

  • Proven experience in technical project management and release management.
  • Strong infrastructure knowledge, particularly in managing large-scale data centers.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office Suite, including MS Project and M365.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and conciseness.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technology teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Agile development life cycle and Scaled Agile framework.
  • Familiarity with Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Knowledge of change management and its application in project settings.
