Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the execution of mid to large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources to maintain project momentum and success.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Effectively communicate progress and updates to stakeholders and executives.
- Manage the release lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and delivery.
- Support mission-critical applications and infrastructure in a 24x7 environment.
- Engage in change management activities to support ongoing projects.
Skills
- Strong background in infrastructure management and large-scale data center operations.
- Proven experience in program and product management, with a focus on release management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present project status effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including MS Project and Gantt charts.
- Experience with Agile development life cycle and Scaled Agile framework.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Familiarity with engineering tools, processes, and best practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including potential weekend support.
