JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Sr. Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET), where you'll focus on test automation and quality assurance for cutting-edge software solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze requirements to evaluate the potential for automation and craft scalable test scripts.
  • Engage in regression testing and maintain automated tests for both UI and API layers.
  • Work closely with development teams to identify, document, and resolve defects efficiently.
  • Enhance quality assurance processes and contribute to the development of testing best practices.
  • Develop UI test automation scripts using modern frameworks and validate front-end applications and APIs.
  • Create and execute API automation scripts to ensure robust testing across various platforms.
  • Utilize cloud services and container orchestration tools to boost testing efficiency.

Skills

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in Information Technology with a strong focus on test automation.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, and Python, along with familiarity with testing libraries.
  • Hands-on experience in API and Microservices testing and automation.
  • Knowledge of Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD) methodologies.
  • Experience with continuous integration tools and source code management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to collaboration and problem-solving.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the travel industry and familiarity with infrastructure automation tools.
  • Knowledge of various AWS cloud services and container orchestration tools.
  • Experience with test management and agile management tools.
  • Familiarity with non-functional testing practices.
